Discover the future of cross-border payments with Routefusion’s Manager App—no API integration needed to manage funds and send transfers.

Welcome to the first post in our series on Routefusion’s Manager App! Today, we’re going over the basic vocabulary you'll need to navigate the app and make the most of our cross-border payment solutions.

Whether you’re managing funds, setting up beneficiaries, or creating transfers, the Manager App simplifies your international payments—without the need for API integration.

At Routefusion, we know not all businesses want to dive deep into API integration. That’s why we created the Manager App—a user-friendly platform that allows you to access our cross-border payment services and streamline your global transactions.

Here’s a breakdown of the key terms you’ll need to navigate the app:

Home: Your home screen shows your most recent transactions and gives you quick access to view your entities and beneficiaries.

Wallets: Currently labeled as Wallets (soon to be renamed Accounts), this is where your funds live and from where you initiate transfers. Each entity has its own wallet(s) that display currency, unique ID, funding instructions, and balance.

Entities: These are the sources of funds, whether from your business or an individual. Entities are the foundation for managing cross-border transactions.

Beneficiaries: The recipients of your funds—whether it’s a vendor, partner, or individual. Beneficiaries are tied to entities, ensuring the right funds go to the right places.

Transfers: This is the exciting part—sending money! Once your entities, wallets, and beneficiaries are set up, you can start creating outgoing transfers and viewing incoming transfers under the Transfers tab.

Organizations: A digital representation of your business within the Routefusion ecosystem. This is where your cross-border business banking operations are centralized.

Users: Located under the Organizations tab, this is where you add people from your organization to use the Manager App. Their access and privileges depend on their role (admin or user).

That wraps up our quick introduction to the key terms in Routefusion’s Manager App. Now that you’re familiar with the basics, you’re well on your way to mastering global payments and managing funds with ease. In our next post, we’ll dive deeper into wallets (soon to be accounts) and explore how they work to streamline your cross-border transactions. Stay tuned to learn more about managing your business’s funds and simplifying international transfers with the Manager App!
