Users: Profiles Within the Manager App

In the Manager App, users are defined by their access and privileges, tailored to their specific roles. We've streamlined the process to make it easier to manage who can view, edit, and execute payments, ensuring that your cross-border transactions remain secure and organized. Multi-organization users can now switch between their various entities using a single set of credentials—just one email address to access all facets of your business, no matter where you operate.

Three User Types, Clearly Defined

Our user management system includes three distinct roles, designed to fit your business needs for international payments and beyond:

  1. Administrator
    • Full access to view, edit, and send payments across all entities and to all beneficiaries, making it easy to oversee every aspect of operations.
    • Ideal for those managing complex networks and needing complete control.
  2. Team Member
    • Access to view, edit, and send payments, but only through entities assigned by an Administrator, perfect for delegating specific tasks.
    • Allows team members to manage their assigned responsibilities without full oversight of all business operations.
  3. Viewer
    • View-only access across the entire Manager App, giving users a comprehensive overview of transactions without the ability to initiate payments.
    • Great for users who need to stay informed on payment data but don’t require control over sending payments.

Need to log out? Simply click your email address located in the top left corner of the screen, just under the Routefusion logo. It’s quick, easy, and helps keep your account secure while managing your business activities.
