Let’s start with the easy stuff, the key questions we need answered:

  • Business and Fund Flow. Describe your business and the flow of funds. Where are they coming from, going to, and who holds them?
  • Business Nationality and Location. What are the nationalities and locations of your business? For example, a Delaware Corp with Nigerian or Ukrainian UBOs supporting users in the U.S. or EU.
  • Business Age and User Base. How old is your business? How many active users do you have? This helps us assess your platform's health and growth potential.
  • Regulated or Sponsored Solutions. Are we providing a regulated or sponsored solution, or are you using our onboarding workflows for your users?
  • Corporate Documentation. Ensure your corporate documents, like Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policies, Corporate Articles, and Lists of Directors and Senior Management, are up-to-date (within the last 6-12 months).
  • Go-Live Dates. What are your planned go-live dates?
