Understanding Organizations in the Routefusion Manager App
Organizations are the digital heart of your business within the Routefusion ecosystem, serving as the central hub for your cross-border business banking operations. The bow that ties it altogether.
In simple terms, an organization represents you—the customer—digitally. For example, if your company is Emily Incorporated, your organization will be listed as Emily Incorporated, and any associated entities, such as branches or individuals, will be added under it as entities.
Organizations vs. Entities: What’s the Difference?
- Organizations: A digital representation of your business within Routefusion. It’s where all your business information is centralized.
- Entities: Represent the source of funds, which can be a business or an individual connected to your organization.
Getting Started with Your Organization
The first step in your journey with the Routefusion Manager App is the creation of your organization. This will be handled by our implementation or customer success team to ensure a smooth setup. Once your organization is created, you can add entities as needed to streamline your cross-border transactions.
Managing Multiple Organizations
If you have more than one organization utilizing Routefusion, we’ve made it easy to manage all of them under a single user account. By using your username (email address), you can access all your organizations and switch between them effortlessly. Simply click your username on the left-hand side of Manager App to toggle between organizations without the need for multiple logins.
