Routey SMS Opt-In Workflow

This page documents how Routefusion employees and authorized internal users opt in to Routey SMS. It is provided so carrier and messaging reviewers can verify the consent workflow for Routefusion Routey SMS.

Program Description

Routey SMS is a private, allowlist-only internal operations messaging program from Routefusion Inc. Messages are sent from +1 (350) 216-8756 by Routefusion Routey, Routefusion's internal AI assistant.

Messages may include task status updates, operational alerts, system health notifications, approval requests, scheduling coordination, report completion notices, and direct responses to user-initiated requests. Routey SMS is not used for marketing, promotions, lead generation, affiliate messaging, or third-party advertising.

Who Can Opt In

Routey SMS is available only to Routefusion employees and authorized internal users. A Routefusion administrator must verify the user and add the mobile number to the Routey SMS allowlist before Routey sends operational messages to that number.

Opt-In Workflow

  1. A Routefusion administrator gives an eligible internal user the Routey SMS disclosure below in an internal onboarding message, operations document, or direct written instruction.
  2. The user actively requests SMS access by replying START from their mobile number to +1 (350) 216-8756 or by sending a written request to an authorized Routefusion administrator.
  3. The administrator verifies that the requester is a Routefusion employee or authorized internal user and adds the mobile number to the Routey SMS allowlist.
  4. Routey records the consent status and sends an opt-in confirmation message. No operational Routey SMS messages are sent before the user is verified, allowlisted, and opted in.
