This Routey SMS Privacy Policy explains how Routefusion Inc. collects, uses, and protects mobile phone numbers and SMS message information for Routey, Routefusion's internal AI assistant. It supplements Routefusion's general Privacy Policy for the limited Routey SMS workflow.

What Routey SMS Is Used For

Routey SMS is used for internal business operations. Routefusion employees and authorized internal users may receive messages from +1 (350) 216-8756 about task status, operational alerts, approval requests, scheduling coordination, report completion notices, system health notifications, and direct responses to user-initiated requests.

Routey SMS is not used for marketing, promotions, lead generation, affiliate messaging, or third-party advertising.

Information We Collect

For Routey SMS, Routefusion may collect and process:

• Mobile phone number
• SMS opt-in and opt-out status
• SMS message content sent to or from Routey
• Message timestamps, delivery status, and carrier error information
• User identity information needed to confirm that the number belongs to an authorized Routefusion employee or internal user

How We Use This Information

Routefusion uses Routey SMS information to:

• Send and receive internal Routey SMS messages
• Confirm that recipients are opted in and authorized
• Route task updates, approval requests, and operational notifications
• Maintain delivery logs, troubleshoot messaging issues, and improve reliability
• Comply with carrier, legal, security, and operational requirements

Mobile Number Sharing

Routefusion does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are used only to operate Routey SMS and related internal business workflows.

SMS opt-in data, SMS consent status, and mobile phone numbers collected for Routey SMS will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Routefusion may share limited SMS-related information with service providers that help deliver, secure, monitor, or support Routey SMS, such as SMS delivery providers, infrastructure providers, and security or compliance vendors. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to Routefusion.

Message Frequency And Charges

Message frequency varies based on user requests, operational activity, and the Routey workflows a recipient has enabled. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out And Help

Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of Routey SMS messages. Recipients can reply HELP for help. Routefusion may also remove a number from the Routey SMS allowlist at any time if the user is no longer authorized to use the workflow.

Data Retention

Routefusion retains Routey SMS information for as long as needed to operate the workflow, support security and audit needs, resolve delivery issues, and meet legal or operational obligations. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for analytics and reliability purposes.

Security

Routefusion uses administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect Routey SMS information. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but Routefusion limits Routey SMS access to authorized systems and personnel with a business need.
