Routey SMS Terms

These Routey SMS Terms apply to SMS messages sent by Routefusion Routey, Routefusion's internal AI assistant. They supplement Routefusion's general Terms of Service for the limited Routey SMS workflow.

Program Description

Routey SMS provides internal operational messages from +1 (350) 216-8756 to Routefusion employees and authorized internal users. Messages may include task status updates, operational alerts, system health notifications, approval requests, scheduling coordination, report completion notices, and direct responses to user-initiated requests.

Routey SMS is not a marketing, promotional, affiliate, lead-generation, or third-party advertising program.

Opt In

Routey SMS is available only to Routefusion employees and authorized internal users. A Routefusion administrator must verify the user and add the mobile number to the Routey SMS allowlist before Routey sends operational messages to that number.

Users opt in by replying START from their mobile number to +1 (350) 216-8756 or by sending a written request to an authorized Routefusion administrator after receiving the disclosure. Routey records the consent status and sends an opt-in confirmation message after the user is verified and allowlisted.

Routey SMS is limited to manually allowlisted users or users who initiate contact by SMS. Routefusion may approve, deny, or remove access based on employment status, authorization, security requirements, or operational need.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user requests, operational activity, and enabled Routey workflows. Some users may receive only occasional messages. Others may receive more frequent operational updates if they ask Routey to monitor active work.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Routefusion does not charge recipients for Routey SMS messages, but a recipient's mobile carrier may charge for SMS, MMS, or data usage according to the recipient's mobile plan.

Opt Out

Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out of Routey SMS messages. After opting out, the recipient may receive a confirmation message and will not receive further Routey SMS messages unless they opt in again.

Recipients can reply HELP for help. Questions can also be sent to customersuccess@routefusion.com.

Supported Carriers And Delivery

Routefusion does not guarantee that SMS messages will be delivered. Delivery depends on mobile carriers, SMS providers, recipient devices, network conditions, and compliance requirements. Routefusion and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Appropriate Use

Routey SMS is for authorized Routefusion business operations only. Users should not send sensitive credentials, payment instructions, personal financial information, regulated customer data, or other highly sensitive information by SMS unless Routefusion has approved that workflow.

Privacy

Routefusion's Routey SMS Privacy Policy explains how mobile numbers, SMS consent information, and message records are handled. Routefusion does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
