Step 1 · Map your ICP

Define your customer segments

Before you touch a single corridor, get clear on who your customers are and what a successful payment looks like for them. Every corridor you activate should trace back to a segment here. Start with your highest-demand segment; add up to three.

Step 2 · Prioritize corridors

Score each target corridor

Score each corridor 1–5 on the five criteria below. The weighted total ranks them automatically. Not sure what a score means? Open the scoring guide.

Step 3 · Sequence the rollout

Your ranked, phased plan

Ranked by weighted score and grouped into phases. Open your Phase 1 corridors first, prove them out, then expand. Phase 1 = your top 5, Phase 2 = next 5, Phase 3 = the rest.

Score at least one corridor above to see your ranked, phased activation plan.

How it works & FAQs

01Map your ICP
Define up to three customer segments your corridors will serve, so every corridor traces back to real demand.
02Score each corridor
Rate target corridors 1 to 5 on demand, revenue, compliance complexity, banking readiness, and activation speed.
03Sequence the rollout
Get a ranked, phased plan plus a pre-drafted banking-partner notification email for your top corridor.
Why sequence corridor expansion instead of activating everything at once?
Activating corridors faster than your banking partners can absorb them is how platforms lose banking relationships. Sequencing proves predictability on your best corridors first, which earns the trust to expand.
Why does Compliance Complexity score high when complexity is low?
Every criterion is higher-is-better, so a low-complexity corridor like SEPA scores a 5 and a high-complexity one like NGN or BRL scores a 1. That keeps the weighted total pointing at the corridors easiest to activate well.
What do the phases mean?
Your top five corridors by weighted score become Phase 1, the next five Phase 2, and the rest Phase 3. It is a starting sequence to prove predictability first, not a fixed schedule.
What is the partner notification email for?
It is a pre-drafted note you can send your banking partner about your number one corridor before any transactions hit their systems, so they are prepared for the flows. It comes with the downloaded workbook — fill in the bracketed details before sending.
